Niranjan Pandian is a leading and a multi award winning exponent of the Indian bamboo flutes based in Singapore. Niranjan has performed with numerous local and international ensembles, orchestras and bands travelling around South East Asia, South Asia and East Asia. Niranjan has also recorded for music videos, EPs, shortfilms, dance drama musicals and background scores for numerous award winning artists, composers, music directors and record labels from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and India. Niranjan is also a composer having composed for independent artists, cross disciplinary collaborations and contemporary / fusion repertoire. He has received numerous international accolades with his composition Thadai Edhuvai getting reviewed Behindwoods and having selected for the Munich Music Video Awards 2021 and Lift Off Global Film Awards 2021. Niranjan is currently heading an award winning Indo-Asean contemporary ensemble, Brahmastra. Niranjan is also the recepient of the most prestigious Arts Scholarship from the National Arts Council Scholarship 2019 to pursue his BA (Music) at the Lasalle College of the Arts.
