Program Pass, Completion and Employment Rates
In alignment with accreditation and regulatory expectations, the College of Nursing tracks three important program outcomes over the past three years: first-time NCLEX-RN pass rates, on-time program completion rates, and job placement rates.
NCLEX-RN Pass Rates
Because the current RN-BSN program is designed for students who are already licensed RNs, the prelicensure NCLEX-RN pass rate outcome is not applicable to this program at this time. NCLEX-RN pass rates will be calculated beginning in December 2026 for the first cohort of prelicensure BSN graduates.
